The Special Needs Alliance (SNA), a national organization comprised of attorneys committed to the practice of disability and public benefits law, was seeking strategic guidance for marketing efforts including member communications, website content and social media.
Inspire provided input into SNA’s 5-year strategic marketing plan, including helping define target audiences, the SEO approach, website partners, and social media strategy. We oversaw the launch of an internal member website, provided ongoing content to educate the members on marketing, produce and deploy all content for the organization’s social channels and provided social media training sessions for its members.
Inspire has helped to more than double the size of SNA’s Facebook audience (+7K Page Likes) and increased engagement by 200-300% across all social platforms. Improved SEO and social media have boosted SNA’s awareness, ultimately driving more than 450-500 individuals to the site each month who are looking for special needs or elder law attorneys.
