After two acquisitions and selling its highly successful ServiceNow division, Highmetric rebranded as MajorKey Technologies and needed a trusted partner to advise on its new brand identity and strategy as well as creative materials, internal and external corporate communications, and public relations outreach.
Inspire worked with MajorKey throughout the rebrand, providing strategy and content for all internal and external communications. After the MajorKey brand was launched, Inspire defined the new brand voice, provided brand design guidelines, relaunched social pages, developed a new content and public relations outreach strategy (based on competitive learning), and identified potential areas where MajorKey could boost its credibility by providing thought leadership.
MajorKey has a unique brand identity and is building awareness among potential customers. The social community has grown by 12% and average monthly reach has doubled. MajorKey recently launched its first campaign under the new brand name; the campaign included five blog articles providing thought leadership around ZeroTrust Identity Security as well as an article in a major industry news publication.
